When Do You Need To Upgrade Office or Windows?

With the release of Windows 7 coming this year, you may be wondering if you need to upgrade your operating system if you use a PC – particularly if you did not upgrade to Vista and still run XP.  Naturally, there’s not a one-size-fits-all answer, but I will offer a few of the guidelines I suggest when asked this question.
